Here’s the recipe for 2. I halved the recipe to make a single serving in my Ninja blender and used organic frozen fruit and spinach, omitting the ice.
Ingredients:
2 large bananas
1 1/2 cups chopped pineapple
2 handfuls organic spinach
1 cup plant-based milk unsweetened (I used coconut cashew milk)
2 tsp pure matcha powder (I used Japanese organic spiced matcha)
2 handfuls ice (no need for ice if you are using frozen fruit)

Since I used frozen fruit, there was no need to add ice.
