Cherries

No time for breakfast or need a quick snack? Walnuts and Cherries are two powerful superfoods, providing protein and antioxidants. Those sweet red cherries help fight inflammation due to their anthocyanin phytonutrients. They’re one of my favorites of nature’s candy.

Nature’s candy

In terms of antioxidant content, walnuts and pecans have the greatest cancer fighting value of all nuts. in fact, one study found that within hours, the blood of those fed walnuts is able to suppress the growth of breast cancer cells in a petri dish. They are also a great source of omega 3 fatty acides and just one ounce of walnuts contains almost 5 grams of protein.
